Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
